I was out of shape after graduating from high school and got back into shape after taking a weight training class in college and continued since then.
Why I Love It:
To better myself health wise and as a person. Bodybuilding applies to both body and soul.
How I Stay Motivated:
My siblings and a desire to live longer.
BB Accomplishments:
Winning the Flushing, NY YMCA Bench Press competition in 2005. I took home a trophy in the First Place Middle Heavy Weight Class competition.
Came in 2nd place at the NYC YMCA Bench Press competition.

Look at yourself in the mirror .. think of what you want to look like - feel like .. just for you not anyone else.. then determine what it is you want to acomplish!!.. then remember a time in your life that you were SO happy and content with YOURSELF!! .. THAT will remind you how to stay motivated .. dont do anything for anyone else BUT YOURSELF!! cause it never works.. find the will within your own self. hope that helps.. and lots of smles work too..:)
FIRST POINT-- GET MORE SLEEP THAN ME .. HE HE . - but seriously .. motivation is something that comes from your soul... bottom line regardless of what is motivating you in your life .. friends faimly.. etc.. if someone has no desire to do something . they wont do it .. unless a gun is held to thier head.. right?? .. everyone knows the only person that can make them do what "we want to do" is only us!!

Cool, good deal man. I do cardio fasted in the morning to burn more fat and just get it out of the way before my baby wakes up. I can tell a difference since doing it this way and also doing it for 6 days a week. My weight is starting to drop!
