How I Started:
I have always been an avid runner, but being 6'3, I was tall and lanky. I wanted to improve my overall physique.
Both of my occupations require me to stay in shape.
Why I Love It:
I love getting stronger and the feeling I get from it. I love that natural high.
How I Stay Motivated:
I train for work. I also want to look good for the wifey!
I've never been comfortable with taking my shirt off in public. I've been an avid runner (3-12 mile runs) over the past several years and lifted weights but my diet was crap.
I've finally gotten serious about weight training and nutrition and I've already seen a difference in strength and just how my clothes fit.
I can't wait for the day I can knock out a 10 miler on the beach and feel confident when people stare at me.
