How I Started:
Okay, just because I enlisted in the Air Force I was never really a fitness nut. I had my weight and health problems at an early age of 21. I had bad eating habits which led to a bad physical appearance along the way. In 2005 I experenced two surgeries in 6 months, I not only ate bad, I smoked on top of all that. With the stess of deployments and negative people around me I was on a downward spiral.
I began like most people in Jan 2006, with a new year's resolution to stop my unhealthy lifestyle and smoking and turn my life around. I slowly came off the smoking trend and stopped altogether in March 2006. I began eating better and working out more. Then in May 2006, I was blessed with someone very special who entered my life and got me on the right track to a healthy lifestyle in which I continue today. Thanks to him I am where I could have never been.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of hard work, the energy and fitness that I obtain when I workout. I also love the results I get.
How I Stay Motivated:
I do my best to stay motivated because I have to not only set an example for my peers that I work with, but I do it for my well being and know that I never want to go back to where I was four years ago.
