i want to increase my max bench to 225 and my squat to 405
Goal (Long):
i want to lose enough weight to be able to show off the abs that i are hiding under my flab. i hope that with this weight loss i'll be faster. i want to increase my bench press max to 225 and my squat to 405 as well as making my power clean 205.

Nice to hear from you again. Well actually, I'm cutting at the moment. So I think the tightening waist helps create the illusion of a bigger back. Plus really didn't feel like I hit my back adequately last month. Legs are doing great. Detail is really stating to show thru. And how are you doing? Make any PRs? -T

Hey Dude, Long time since we last chatted. Just got back from a trip down to Fresno and Six Flags Magic Mountain. Will be heading back to FL on Wed. Looking forward to getting back to my life, but will miss Gold's Gym. I'm realizing how much of an inspiring/motivating environment Golds is. Even got to become friends with the local monster (FrankCapo). Certainly inspires me to strive harder. How are things with you? -T
Had a great workout today. Used on that Mr. WeaponX66 gave me to help change things up on legs. All giant sets, which work very well but are quite hellish. Thought my legs were going burst on the first round. Should be good at slapping on more beef onto the legs. How are things with you? -T
Thanks. I'm hoping to continue massing until I hit 18in, which should be in August at some point. Then I'll work on removing the blubber in Sept and Oct. Just got back from a day at Universal Studio's Islands of Adventure. Hulk is good, but Dueling Dragons is still hands-down the best. How about yourself?
Yeah, it shows you do have some big quads and calves. Big calves are blessing as it more based on attachments. Nice outer sweep in the quads. Detail is low, but it'll come as you progress. I myself need to etch in that detail, particularly when I bring my fat levels down. Thanks for sharing. -T
Oh, that is interesting. Guess you'd would have blown him away if you showed your quads. haha! Great to hear things are looking up with you. I think we lifters all have down times. Keep it up big dude. I myself had a great workout on chest and traps today. Tricep almost a non-issue and worked the pecs nicely. Laters, -T

Sorry to hear that man. I do encourage you to stick with it. I once thought 17in guns, being 200lbs and benching 225 for reps was impossible. Yet, they've been tackled. If you like, you can PM me your routine and I could possibly suggest some ideas for you to try. Keep your chin up dude. The mountain will move eventually. -T
