I am just figuring out my new cycle and Martial arts and stick fighting workout and training schedual. Not shore what exactly, old one did not keep my strength levels whare i wanted them and was starting to bug my elbows..but my indurance went up a little.

Ya dude..I know what that is like. I moved to VT about a half year after my 2nd dan kenpo test. The majority of my training now is ocasionaly with kids with the martial arts club at the college , SCA swordfighting practice and events in the SCA for some sort of sparing practice and weightlifting and practice on my owne with forms and combonations. I try to get down to NH to work with my sensi about every 2 monthes.
