Well there is really no wrong way I would say. But most people two a couple groups of muscles a day. Then another group the next day and so on. I tend to do that method myself. I do focus on one muscle at a time for about 5 to 6 sets of 12 reps. Hope that helps.

I have been doing it since I was 17, 24 now but only 4 years out of that 7 has been hardcore bodybuilding. When I was 17 I join a small karate club in my area was into jujitsu, kick boxing and grappling.
