I aim to gain about ten pounds of muscle and really concentrate on my core section to define the abs I already have.
Goal (Long):
I have been a skinny guy pretty much all my life, with varying dedication to the gym since I was about 18. I'm lucky to have a high metabolism but that also means I should be eating more- which is a challenge for me as my appetite is pretty small. I've made some strides however and eat very healty as well as hit the gym 3 days a week. I would love to be proud of my arms, back, shoulders and legs. I am pretty proportionate but 10lbs more muscle all around would be make me feel awesome!
hey man thanks for the add! appreciate it. it took me about a year and a bit to get how i am at the moment, i was very skinny when i first started. for you it should'nt take too long to get as cut. you will be able to do it in no time!! keep up the good work mate
