I don't. I have to work at being motivated. Looking in the mirror and seeing a change however slight helps. Being able to show real estate to clients without being embarrased from losing my breath helps as well.
Today i really feel discouraged. I am not seeing enough change fast enough. I am trying to force myself to get onto the treadmill. I know that I wont see any results if I dont exercise.
Take it easy and ease into it. If you are hurting yourself that means you are doing too much to start off. I think the walks will help you out tremendously. I have faith in you. Stay motivated!

I took the liberty of reading your stats. I must say that I am impressed. I hope you are looking at these as big improvements because that is what they are. I hope you are staying on track with it (it seems that you are). Remember the setbacks may happen, just make them temporary. Stay motivated!
I am sorry to hear that. You still have alternatives beside the gym. Try low cal diet and fitting in all the excersize you can. If you get 10-15 minutes, go for a brisk walk.

I know its hard because I have my days when I feel like whats the use. But it always makes me feel better. Plus I want to be healthy for my son. You can do it!
