I just started to hit the gym because i thought it was a good way to get rid of stress and I just got hooked real good on hit !
Why I Love It:
Its all about the pump ! There are never problems in the gym ... only you and the metal

never competed but im willing to try it .... unfortunatly, iv been told that there are few natural competition and even though some competitors have took steroids or enhancing anabolic supplements and are now considered naturel. So i find that a little sad that i cant really compare myself with others without using these products.

Hello mate, sorry for the late reply to your message, been busy with work. Im glad that your still gaining mass, inspirational photos indeed, i tend to follow your example, though when your over the hill such as myself its a difficult task, be it family or responsabilities. I usually only do a few exercies for abs for 15 mins after my training session. I usually train about 5-6 times a week and train abs almost every one of those days. But I really don't know what exercises to utalise.
I usually do leg raises, plank, crunches, mountain climb and oblique exercises and that's it. So usually about 6 exercises max.
Also I was wondering if you take BCAA's. I am really big on training hard and I don't know whether it would be a good idea to buy some.

Your torso is awesome! I was wondering if you would be able to give me some dieting tips or tips to hit my abs. I reakky find it hard to get a good burn in my lower abs. If that would be possible, that would really help a lot!
