when i was 15 was very scrawny so started lifting weights in my bedroom. have maintained fitness ever since but never hit it too hard, until...
Why I Love It:
i think everyone should be in a fit state, ya never know when ur gunna need it. but being fit to me also means being able to run and move fast, thats why my favorite sport is rugby, u have to be big fast and strong.
How I Stay Motivated:
just started work at a gym, so its my job now.

CARDIO in AM 5 X a week

in PM do following circuit session:
do each exercise in rotation.
3 sets, make 2nd set the hardest with more reps.

push ups,19,24,19
hanging leg raise, 15,20,15
squats, 20,25,20
pull-ups, 10,12,10
alt knee-to-elbow, 25,30,25
step jumps, 15,20,15
tricep...
