How I Started:
I used to work out and play sports 20 years ago, when I was 20. Then I gained weight through university, work, and marriage. I need to finally step up to the plate.
Why I Love It:
I like how I feel afterwards, but I'll be honest, I normally have to motivate myself to hit the gym. I prefer running or playing soccer. So I'll do a lot of running.
How I Stay Motivated:
Well, I'm now using this site and observing everyone's transformation and imbibing all the workout and nutritional info I can!
