How I Started:
I've always played football and workouted some, but just recenty have i gotten started bodybuilding/working out and love it!.
Why I Love It:
I love it because of the rush you get when your pumping through exercises in the weightroom. Also the results. I've only been going consistantly (5 days a week) and eating right for almost three months and can already tell a huge difference!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by thinking about the results that'll come by pushing through whatever i'm doing, why waste your time half assing something

I've always played football and worked out some but never had very good advice. I started a little over three months ago, with extensive reserch off of this website and others, put together a program and so far have had great results. I hope to get up to 225 lbs, with at least a 300 bench press. I know that this will take constant time and dedication to accomplish, but i know that my routine will stay the way it is currently and in a year hopefully achieve these goals or even surpass them!
Hey yea I am interested well i have an alright build for eating a lot of junk and no real diet and no supplements so mainly i think i need to work on nutrition but I don't really know what to take and I don't know how much i should be working out each muscle. I do rep back btw and I have for you
