for my military press i was doing set at 185-205, and for push press i wpuld go up to 245 on occasion. Wish you the best in 2010, and hope you have some serious growth

hey thanks, thats great motivation hearing that. i still havent gone 100% on presses yet, but getting close, and my strength is coming back quick,id say im at about 80% of what i was at early summer

i believe it was my supraspinatus. Actually i tried to rehab it myself for a few months with little progress, and then i had gotten a micro current treatment and it was like night and day, just like that it felt unbelievably better

its in lakewood off of wadsworth and 6th pretty much. the shoulder is doing better, but still limited on any upper body work, but i am maintaing most of my mass as im still sitting around 205, so not too much weight lost

its getting better day by day, i started to do incline bench, but have backed off of that as i felt like they were aggrivating my shoulder more

diet is a lot of it, but so is consistency. I like to hit different variations of hanging leg raises, continualy switching it up. I also hit my abs 4 times a week normally, the first day targeting the lowers, the 2nd my obliques, the 3rd my uppers, and the 4th all three, I noticed alot more seperation once i started hitting each area seperately
