I decided to get sober and live a better life, about a year later i found myself obsessed with getting bigger and havent looked back
Why I Love It:
How I Stay Motivated:
First i look back to where I've been in life, and that's a constant reminder of what and where i never want to be again. Second hearing people tell me that i motivate them is a huge motivator, it's like an extra kick when you need it. And because I love the way it makes me feel inside and out of the gym, the empowerment, the soreness, the ability to continue transforming my body.

So I hava a little delema here, good vs. well good. Most would look at my pictures and say I'm a bodybuilder, but truth be told thats not exactly fair to say. I myself couldn't tell you wether I'm a bodybuilder or a power lifter. I find myself in a constant struggle of size vs. pure...
Great to hear! It feels awesome to clear those hurdles after a prolonged injury. How much are you typically delt pressing anyways? kick ass in 2010 and good luck on making some huge gains
sick new avi bro! delts and arms are ripped, impressive considering the shoulder challenges you've had this year. you back to pressing delts heavy again yet?
I had some active release work done on my supraspinatus and I gotta say it was hugely beneficial, but also some of the most painful fascia stretching work i've had done, lol. Stoked you'll be getting back to some heavy pressing again, gotta feel great after all the rehab and waiting. keep me posted on your progress
Great news on the shoulder! Gotta be stoked to get back to ramping back up to some heavy chest and delts again. What helped your shoulder the most? Any idea what the main problem was?
You working at Genesis now as a trainer? What part of town is that in? I might be in the area for work in mid-Nov. btw, how's the shoulder progressing?
Shoulder is doing great. Ever since I added in lots of heavy horizontal rowing- it's made a huge difference. The wait may have been long, but finally back to heavy bench and delts but incline can still aggravate sometimes. I usually avoid flyes though but can manage pec deck at times. Engaging the lats on bench has been key for shoulder happiness for me.
hey bro! hows it going? looking food..great progress! Wish I was in the Denver area..you FIFO (fly in fly out?) hehe... do you do internet training? all the best and catchup sometime man...
