Why I Love It:
The energy that I get and of course the way it changes my body, I have to admit that I'm addicted.
How I Stay Motivated:
The way it makes me feel inside and out, the compliments I get from family and friends, and of course coming to this site and seeing all the gorgeous real people that bust thier a$# and have great results.
To be proud to walk around in a bathing suit again. I would love to get down to 12% body fat and be able to see my muscle that I'm working so hard for. I know it takes a lot more work and I'm willing to push myself. I used to never have to do anything and I looked pretty good but ever since I've had a child it's been quite a battle. I've started and stopped so many times that this time is for real and I know that I have to do this now. It's now or never. I want to live a long and productive life and doing this makes me feel like I can do that.

You've already made great progress. To get ripped, just keep lifting heavy and eating clean, with solid cardio. You've got all the right stuff already. Beautiful lady!!!
