So today I have decided I am getting back on track with my fitness goals as I have been set back due to my back injury over a year ago. I feel as though I am just strong enough to start putting some energy back in to my training. For the past year most of my energy has been consumed with pain management. Tomorrow I will be posting my new starting pictures as a reminder so when I look back in a years' time, I will see what all my hard work was for!
