I am currently 32% body fat which i would like to reduce down over a 6-7 month period.
i would love to loose half my body fat and i need motivating and assistance from other members.
I would look like him if carry onj working out. Will look near enough the same i am 17 have black hair and sam shape of body. He is really lean and toned and i aspire to get like this.

Yea, I get that comment a lot lol.. My arms have always been muscular. Good genetics/a couple of years of kickboxing I guess ahaha.. My moms arms are 14 inches round.
I'm sad to hear that. When you have some nice results, upload those progress pictures. Keep working hard and you'll see results. The thing is that it takes long, and we, beginners, tend to give up. Don't quit, loose that bodyfat and show everyone you can!!! Good luck!
