Thank you for the nice comment! I started in December and couldn't squat 135, now I can do 12 reps of 145 and my goal is to squat 500 soon! That would be nuts! I have always been strong but never trained to be stronger, so I think the learning curve was in my favor :)
I haven't been training to max effort squat yet, still doing it for reps. I am just learning the powerlifting stance so today I only did 125 for 8 reps.

Thanks Sam, it's comments like yours that keep me motivated and working hard in the gym. And, I don't think I'm really all that strong, I just have pretty strong legs- I think it comes from all the gymnastics and track I used to do. Take care!
