Thanks Sam, it's comments like yours that keep me motivated and working hard in the gym. And, I don't think I'm really all that strong, I just have pretty strong legs- I think it comes from all the gymnastics and track I used to do. Take care!

Hey thanks! My back may have bigger muscle than when that was taken. I am not sure how many pushups i can do at "once". I usually just go through many sets. How are you?

Didn't mean to sound harsh, I'm sorry if I came off that way. So far I have been training most muscle groups equally hard and I've been thinking that I should start working more on the parts that are less developed first since the other parts "take care of themselves". Thanks for the advice, hope you're having a great day! :D
