About 1.5 weeks ago I "stretched" my lower bicep and upper forearm muscles while performing a heavy dead-lift . Now the elbow "region" on my left arm hurts every time I work-out.
Any tips on how to recover and what to do in the mean time would be...
I would recommend barbell rows but you should emphasize the contraction. Use an overhand grip it could help your forearms more than an underhand grip. or DB rows, seated rows, tbar rows so good luck and happy lifting
HI sam, thanks for the comment! i have made some progress, Life is alot different when you work for your body rather then it being handed to you! so good luck with your goals!
I know!i look at pics from like 2 years ago, then this summer..and now..and i just cant even believe it, its amazing.lol and hey at least your fighting someone.
My friend rvngu deserves complements and respect for his great physique, but no need to insult me. He has several years lead on me, starting in 2003. I've only been training for 4 months now and already my arms have grown over 3 inches and I have lost 5% body fat and gained well over 10pounds of lean muscle mass. All this and I'm only just starting my new diet and supplements. P.S. Nobody will take you seriously without a picture. What are you hiding?
hehe thanks for the comment! Where in quebec are you?
