How I Started:
I decided I was tired of being out of shape. A friend of mine introduced me to lifting weights. I had NEVER worked out seriously, or lifted weights...EVER.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel great!
How I Stay Motivated:
My self photos really help. Watching my waistline drop, and hearing many compliments.
BB Accomplishments:
I'm in better shape now than I was in highschool. My goal is to be at 9% BF and weigh 185-190 pounds.
For one, he exemplifies everything I want to look and be like physcially. Secondly, he is always available with an encouraging word of hope. Much of my progress is because I've looked back on his site, and gotten hope. Thanks AlonelStand!
Would anyone have any direction or suggestions on muscle gaining supplements/hormones? I'm open to investigating them and trying, but needing some directions? I'm currently trying to eat between 3500 and 4000 cal a day as clean as possible (although it's tough...i'm not usually...

G'day. Things have been unusually hectic the last two weeks, but I've managed to get into the gym, despite not wanting to and for the first time in my life, I squatted 225 lbs for reps...2 sets! I'm stoked about that.
