How I Started:
i have been hitting the gym since high school. i had alot of time off because of an injury and i joined the army. i did alot of running and stuff it really got me behind. i have been going stronge though for about 2 1/2 years now. its was hard with my job in the army to stay regular. now that im out though thats all i do. and i love it.
Why I Love It:
cause im good at it and it keeps me outa trouble
How I Stay Motivated:
i just look in the mirror thats enough right there. "i must get bigger". walmart doesnt take days off go to the gym!
BB Accomplishments:
nothing really. never really did anything with it. it was always for me no one else.

well i usually dont write in these things but i will try to stay loyal and write often. today is chest day! fav day of the week. im gonna try and finish up at around 375 at the end of my work out at least once. need to gain back what i lost on my 18day  R&R
