How I Started:
My friend started to go the gym, and i started to go out of boredom...once i got started i could never stop.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding and working out for the feeling of strength. Ever since i was younger I always wanted to be the best at anything i tried to do whether playing sports or school. Bodybuilding has become a part of my life and gives myself something to work towards, something to always try to beat, whether it being to beat my last weeks lifts or measurements. I love the feeling after a greuling workout; it always puts a smile on my face no matter whats happening outside the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
How i stay motivated..well by the knowledge that i am constantly bettering myself.

Recovering from a fractured humerus bone, and not letting it stop me.

Yes, makes so i can give it everything i got and have a spot; just in case.

Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I do DC training...so i bring a piece of paper to gym with last workout numbers then beat them and place new numbers into an Excel Spreadsheet i have on my computer.
