How I Started:
I was bored one day and I went to join a gym...seriously. I lost 20lbs within 3 months and then people started saying I looked good...I kept going. I eventually went to a school and got certified in Nutrition to help others' and live my passion of health and fitness.
Why I Love It:
It releases stress. I love my muscles and strength. It amazes me daily what power I have!
How I Stay Motivated:
All I have to do is look at this pic from 8th grade when I was about a buck ninety and remember how out of touch with my body I really was.
BB Accomplishments:
I have lost 80lbs and kept it off for 2 years.(It took 3 years of clean eating and dieting.)I am looking to take it to the next level.

Goal (Long):
I used to be fat, really fat (from 3rd grade on)...I think my highest weight was 206lbs. I now weigh 130lbs and look fairly decent...at 32. What took me so long! Now, I work as a nutritionist and personal trainer, and eat clean (90% of the time.) (Please feel free to PM me any dietary questions or recipe advice, I love to eat delicious food and want everyone to be healthy and fit---and not suffer on just chicken breasts and broccoli---hey I have a tasty recipe for that!)
I love to workout now, and I mean love it. I am passionate about being my best! My current routine includes Pilates 2x a week, my newest toy: Bulgarian training Bags, and weight lifting.

P.S. What is the Bulgarian Bag? I have never heard of it. Is it what you are holding in your avi?
Says you have some good good ideas for food. All I have ate for about the last 15 months is chicken and veggies. Im about sick of it. I try to eat 40/40/20. Any tasty ideas that dont require tons and tons of work?
