How I Started:
I got motivated by athletes in Body Building.Com beside I decided to reduce my Fat Percentage and put more of lean mass and get in shredded shape.
Why I Love It:
It takes the stress I get from my Job.
How I Stay Motivated:
Update my information on daily basis in all new workouts and benefits from proffesional experience.
BB Accomplishments:
I lost 2 Kg so far. I am 168cm. I was 70Kg when I stated Tfay I am 68Kg Defeniante shape start to begin.
