How I Started:
i used to be really fat. i was overweight my whole life and it really got bad at bording school. great buffet meals 3 times a day and eating a huge amount topped my weight at 240 pounds at the age of 17. it finally hit me that i was really overweight and wanted to do something about it. i got an apartment in silverthorne, co and was a ski bum for a year. i started skiing everyday,eating high protein and low carbs and lost 50 pounds. that summer i started jogging 4 miles a day and lifting hard every other day. since then i have lost more weight and gaining muscle. now im at about 178 pounds and am still cutting.
Why I Love It:
its a very personal experience. some muscles i like working more than others, and enjoy the freedom. i don't have to wait for anyone or need permission.
How I Stay Motivated:
i pinned up my ideal body picture i got from a magazine. i take looks at the pic and then myself, and then im motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
lean,cut,healthy,and happy. girls notice me now and i am not always being put in the friend zone like i used to. people can't even recognize me sometimes, and i love that. im not insecure anymore and that is a feeling i can't even put into words.

Yo man. Sorry for not getting back to you sooner, been really busy. I have been okay. Put some weight on and pissed about it. Having a really difficult time gettin my game face on in the gym though. The guy I lift with has no consistency and it drives me nuts. How you been man? Still hittin it?
Hey buddy, at present i only do 20-30mins of cardio 3 times a week as i'm trying to bulk up a little.When i was cutting i did 20-40mins of cardio 6 days a week though.Three of those sessions would be HIT.As for the diet i pretty much cut carbs out after breakfast and upped the fat a little.Lost a fair bit of muscle but managed to shed a lot of fat.Now i'm eating roughly 4200 calories with a 50% carb 35% Protein and 15% fat split.Any other questions fire away.Cheers, Will
Hey thanks again. I have a stress fracture in my back now so I can only do mild training. I think after this lipo 6 I will wait a week then do arson. I do about 45 minutes of cardio a day so I am hoping to see some great results soon.
Thanks alot. I am also in school and trying to lose weight. I am at about 25% body fat and would like to get down to about 15-10%. I am taking lipo 6 the original formula now and doing about 45 minutes of cardio. I droped about 25 pounds since school started but I want to lose more. I am sweating alot already and am worried about how much worse arson will make it especially in the summer.
