Today was my first day back. I did legs. I ws light since its the beginning. Leg Ext, Leg Curls, Angled Leg Press and calf raises. 4 sets of 10-12. Next Sunday I will go heavy. I may incorporate legs twice a week and try different excercises. What is your meal plan like?

Thanks! I think it is rather own to my genetics : I train calves +/- 1X/w, rather heavily, but with only 1-2 exercises (standing calves raises, 6-7 series of 25 reps, with weight starting from 20kg up to 140kg).
For me, it is enough to get a good burn!
Your legs already look well to me!
