How I Started:
Got tired of having decent muscle size but not be able to see it cause of my high body fat. I need a 8-pack!
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel great, like having things to work towards and challenges.
It is something I look forward to at the end of the day.
How I Stay Motivated:
Thinking of taking my shirt off at the beach or while playing basketball and everyone seeing how buff and ripped I am.

Hey man I started mixing vanilla whey protein with oatmeal 2x plus a protein shake to supp meals and I'm putting on mass finally when my weight gain hit a wall after gaining only 6-7 of my goal of 15-20 lbs. You still not gaining?

well from looking at your pics I'd say you've done amazingly well ;o) I'm ok a lil tired though was up at 5 to do an early gym work out, have a meeting today.
