Doing about 1800 calories a day for now, complex carbs, eggs, tuna, fish, chicken, veggies? kinda, not really.
Training: waking up for school, intense weight lifting after school about x4 a week sometimes x3
squatting,benching,deadlifting, bent over rows, free weights, basic and heavy yall know
It's like day 3, here I go
