Hey, I personal train at a private gym in the city,soho and try to play music. I play bass. I've been making a spread sheet with food, calories, protien, fat and carb. It helps to wright everything out. I have sucha hard time sleeping too!! it sucks. I want to move to LA by next sept! Hey I'm good. I'm trying to get rid of maybe 5 pounds around my stomache too. It's all cardio and STRICT diet.! I hate it and mess it up a lot at night. You look amazing though. I love cali! I plan on moving there next year in Sept.
