My over all goal is the 6 pack abs, I want to be fit for my wife, family , and generally to be more healthy.
Goal (Long):
Short term goal for now is to lose weight. To get to 215lbs, in order to pass a navy pt test. If I don't pass the weight part I will be kicked out of the Navy. I have always been able to pass the PT part with flying colors. But my body fat and weight did not pass. Last PT test I failed by 1% on my body fat, yet I maxed out on situps, did more than I have ever done in my navy career in pushups, and smoked the Mile and a Half run. This time I want to improve the run by at least 2 minutes, and be able to do 80 pushups in 2 minutes. I did do 100 situps, which is the max amount of points I can receive.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 33 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
16%

I work shift work 4, 12 hour days and then 4 days off, when I am at work, there of course is the snack bar. which I am in charge, LOL even if I bring something to eat during the 12 hours, I find my self eating some of the snacks, I.E. hot pockets, candy bars, Sodas, poptarts etc. Does anybody...
Man, Keep it up. I did not care for weights at first but became addicted after I started seeing results. Just remember it takes a while and do not get discouraged.
