i was admitted into the hospital for two days due to the ongoing pain in my knee. the diagnosis was that i have a torn lateral meniscus and i have to go for another arthroscopy to repair it. these two days were hell in terms of keeping up with my meal plans. the hospital food was tempting....
I am so sorry you are in that prediciment. You are too young to have to give it up... I wonder if a good brace could help you out... it would help align your hips too... My knee seems to be doing great.
Pretty good on this end cant complain too much im like you slow but steady progress. Would like a faster process for results but hey...I guess i can't get everything i want..lol hang in there guy and keep doing your thing
How's rugby coming along? Such a fun sport (for me to watch). Doc is excited with my progress. I still can't walk for another five weeks (and counting) but I get to start PT soon!
Hi there! I'm getting back on track after the CNY and the flu (argh!) Read your latest blog, and looks like you're all ready for combat! All the best for the "war"!
nice lol yeah i'll check it out either later or tomorrow. But I was thinking that I might bulk first, and very slowly so I add little to no fat and then I'll cut when it gets closer to summer, cuz i'm scrawny as hell lol
Yes! What's ur diet like saha? And my 23 birthday is march 24th soooo maybe i'll change my goal to have my 6 pack by then. Did you bulk at all? Ur a lot more muscular than me lol
