How I Started:
I was overweight and had practically no stamina, burdened with a 12hr day job. Weighing 181 lbs, BF of 25% i dropped all the way to 144lbs, 14%BF in 3 months. That was coz I was marrying my sweetheart in six months and I wanted to look fit. Then I focussed on gaining productively and currently weigh 156lbs with 16% BF.
Why I Love It:
It gives me a confidence boost. Helps me be more productive in office.
How I Stay Motivated:
Different days need different strategy...sometimes its me and sometimes its my wife who motivates me to work out. Rocky theme music helps too!

Because I do not have fixed working hours. I like my own space while working out and this is so damn convenient! How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
I have become more relaxed and in control. I can spend more time with my family without getting tired or irritated!
One week vacation! Damn...loaded on carbs, though I did a fair bit of trekking. need to loose those love handles now! And build some muscle while at it. Thinking of mixing a few full body circuits with a 5x5 body part routine...
