How I Started:
Hadn't lifted since my late teens/early twenties and wanted to improve my overall strength/conditioning for tennis. Have had injuries and wanted to help guard against future problems.
Why I Love It:
Love the tight feeling after a good workout. Like feeling strong. Great stress release.
How I Stay Motivated:
Easy...I like the challenge and I look forward to lifting/cardio even when I'm tired...I like the workout high. Also, the feeling of "I can always be better".
