Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
I have a set-up at home, but prefer the gym right now (7/09). I will soon start running outdoors, so that will probably take about 2 days per week off my gym visits, but that's coo.

What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
Must have a comfortable cardio and ab environment. Must have enough space to do free weights, without mean muggin other members.
I like space, space is good.....elbow room

Hey man ... going ok. The nephew is sort of two steps forward and one step back right now. Kind of to be expected, I guess. Progress is progress. Thanks for asking, chief - really appreciate it.
