Good day to you as well, Madam. I'm well, staying of the heavy weights right now. My shoulder kills me every time I lift heavy. So it's tons of interval cardio and full body workouts.
Well we've reached full blown summer now temps 110 plus 80's at night. Tons of water and light meals throughout the day, though.
Good to hear everything is good on your end.
