I started back in Middle School for wrestling but burnt out after joining the Marine Corps.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling after a workout, it's aggressive, high tempo and damn if I don't say down right SEXY!!!! LOL
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a great gym partner right now who doesn't let me quite. Of course, my health is number 1 at this point in my life.

I want to cut body fat, build strength and stamina.
Goal (Long):
I started lifting everyday about 8 months ago after a 10 year hiatus and have enjoyed my comeback thus far. I started again due to health problems (after a year of beating myself up) that I will have for the rest of my life. In June of 2006, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. After 6 months of physical therapy, I was given a good bill of health, then deployed to Iraq for a year. While deployed, I concentrated on Cardio and minimal weights. I lost 25 lbs and felt great but needed something more. After, some well earned rest, I started lifting again and love it.

I want to LOSE 15 lb

Do you currently have a workout partner?
Yes
Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
I like it because we motivate each other. However, I only have 1 any more then that and it becomes a long workout session.
