I want to cut body fat, build strength and stamina.
Goal (Long):
I started lifting everyday about 8 months ago after a 10 year hiatus and have enjoyed my comeback thus far. I started again due to health problems (after a year of beating myself up) that I will have for the rest of my life. In June of 2006, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. After 6 months of physical therapy, I was given a good bill of health, then deployed to Iraq for a year. While deployed, I concentrated on Cardio and minimal weights. I lost 25 lbs and felt great but needed something more. After, some well earned rest, I started lifting again and love it.
Missin hearing from you hope things are well over there.. raining here as usual but hey thats what the burgh is all about.. 2 championships in one year what the heck we'll take the rain. Hugs from the Burgh Stay Safe..
Yes, it is summer break, and please tell me that didn't mean this is the last I am going to hear from you for the entire summer! I am enjoying the regular meals and extra sleep! Thank you so much
