BrandonTBlock Hey, you asked me how often i trained biceps, well normally i have done every-other day (whole-body-workouts) so they get tossed in towards the end, heavier weight (50's or 55's) but recently ive been doing 1 or 2 full body training days, than maybe 2 days off... i'm still trying to find what works best.
