How I Started:
I've always had that drive to want to work out and eat right and be in top physical shape but for some reason i would start and stop every month or so.... I have finally made some goals for myself that will guarentee me furthing my physical fitness level to where id like it to be
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling i have after a workout, i also am very competitive so when i see people running or lifting weights beside me at the gym it makes me push myself that much harder
How I Stay Motivated:
I accept that im naturally curvy and have realistic goals for myself. i know quite a few ppl at my gym who also help motivate me to getting to the gym everyday

Make meal/ workout plans Workout 5-6 days a week Cardio 5-6 times a week Strength training 3-4 times a week Eat 5-6 small meals/ day Drink more water up to 2L Stop drinking for AT LEAST 1 mth (to start) NO MORE JUNK!!!! Maintain Diet/ workout journal Take Biweekly photos and measurements Lose 1-2 lbs/ week Plan and cook all meals on sundays Research and start taking supplements
