How I Started:
I've always had that drive to want to work out and eat right and be in top physical shape but for some reason i would start and stop every month or so.... I have finally made some goals for myself that will guarentee me furthing my physical fitness level to where id like it to be
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling i have after a workout, i also am very competitive so when i see people running or lifting weights beside me at the gym it makes me push myself that much harder
How I Stay Motivated:
I accept that im naturally curvy and have realistic goals for myself. i know quite a few ppl at my gym who also help motivate me to getting to the gym everyday

Goal (Long):
Make meal/ workout plans
Workout 5-6 days a week
Cardio 5-6 times a week
Strength training 3-4 times a week
Eat 5-6 small meals/ day
Drink more water up to 2L
Stop drinking for AT LEAST 1 mth (to start)
NO MORE JUNK!!!!
Maintain Diet/ workout journal
Take Biweekly photos and measurements
Lose 1-2 lbs/ week
Plan and cook all meals on sundays
Research and start taking supplements

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
They arent sure what they are doing or they try lifting way more than they should
