My workout program..
Training one body part for a day.
I'm hitting the gym 3 days for a week,
1 1/2 hour of workingout and 20 minutes of cardio for a day.
And doing abs exercises everyday, except one day for a week.
Specially doing kickboxing and power training cardio every saturday for 1 hour.
