How I Started:
I started working out when I was about 12 yrs old. I was always active either dancing, weightlifting, running, etc. Until my dreaded marriage went to pieces and the weight just piled on. I remember getting of the shower no longer recognizing the image stareing back at me. The last things I should have done in my situation is let myself go. About the same time that I found myself bound and determined to get myself back I met my wonderful husband. We talked endlessly about what I wanted to do with my body and in the process he got the body back he had in college.

Goal (Long):
I had my second son 4 months ago and I feel ok about where I am now but I need to get back on the ball hard core. To be proud of my body again. In 12 weeks be the person I know I can be. To be Grand Master for my division in the Body-For-Life contest.
I went to my therapist to talk about all of self discovery part 1 for the first time. It was scary to tell someone about yourself like that, to admit that you are so flawed. She said I have dymorphia, an anxiety issue with sypmtoms that vary in severity from person to person. Since I can...
THANKS!! As far as prep, I suggest hiring a dietician or coach that is knowledgable in shows..I think it is too scientific to do on your own..because the diet/cardio need to go hand in hand!!

hey i started working out pretty late after my Daughter but i wasnt that bad out of shape. i started goin to the gym 4 month ago my Daughter is 14 month now. Now im 7 weeks pregnant. Lets see how things look then ;0)
