Workout Program:
My workout days vary week to week depending on which day I work nights. The day I have to work a night shift at work I use as my first resting day for the week. So depending on my schedule I might do Chest, Back,Shoulders, then rest instead of what is stated below.

With this workout I do make alot of variations on a weekly bases. This keeps the workouts from becoming more like tasks, than they are enjoyable.

The only exercise that I do not change are the big compound movements (Deadlifts, Squats, and Bench, Shrugs if you want to consider these two as one).

Day 1 Chest
Day 2 Back
Day 3 Rest
Day 4 Shoulders + Traps
Day 5 Legs
Day 6 Arms + Abs
Day 7 Rest
