damn only injurys i have ever gotten were hairline fractures in my forearms and at that they only hurt when i took the weight of the curling bar off my arms

Thats good to hear. So how much were you trying to deadlift when you hurt yourself.

thanx, When I get back to training later this week. Im gonna try doin 240 for a set of 6. That will be just about twice my body weight. If I can do that I will content will my self for the next month or so

My training was going well, my Deadlift went from 135 x 10 to 225 x 6 with good form in 3 weeks, but I caused my self to overtrain and got sick. Being that happend, I am taking off till friday till I continue

Right now I am taking 6 days off. I ended going into a state of overtraining because I decided to get drunk a couple of night instead of eating. Other than that im hopeing to catch my rear delts up with the rest and get my dead lift to 300 by christmas

Man I hope you get better. The worse injury I have ever sustain was a hairline fracture in both forearms from curl to mcuh weight
