My workout days vary week to week depending on which day I work nights. The day I have to work a night shift at work I use as my first resting day for the week. So depending on my schedule I might do Chest, Back,Shoulders, then rest instead of what is stated below.
I was deadlifting 160 and squatting 135ish I'm not sure where I screwed up but it was either A)Looking up during a squat or B) I looked down during the deadlift when my mp3 player shutoff:P
Smart move, yea think it through & take your time. I'm not sure how tough basic training is now. It was cake when I went through but I heard it's changed a lot. It still shouldn't be anything to worry about though.

Great Plan Bro! I'm in Comm. I choosed something that I can prosper in on the outside. The Air Force isn't for everyone so make sure you learn as much as you can during your time & take advantage of the benefits so you'll be straight if you decided to bounce after your 1st term.
