Got into a fight back last year, didn't like the fact of why it started. wanted to bulk up to show people im not to be played with and what i can do.
Why I Love It:
The feeling of pumped up muscles and that you've achieved something is fantastic.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep motivated by looking in the mirror and imagining what i want myself to look like.

Finished up my 9 weeks of Full body workouts 3x per week
I'd have to say I had great strength gains, but size not so much. +0.6 inch on my arms.
Starting splits again hoping to gain some size
Started with legs today
ATG squats, 1 leg smith squats(absolute killer!) hack squats, light...
Protein Direct Whey protein concentrate
Started: Feb 13, 2007
Reason: I take whey for my morning shake, post workout shake and for when i'm on the run.
Omega3MAX Fish oil
Started: Aug 15, 2007
Reason: Just for the healthy benefits of EPA & DHA.

hey man, thanks for dropping by. Well, I ****ed up my shoulder a bit (no rotator cuff problems thank God!) so I have been letting it heel up. Hopefully be competing this fall sometime. How bout you man...how goes your training?

thanks. I hit the millitary press pretty hard and follow up with side lateral raises and bent over raises for the rear delts. Seems to work pefectly and I dont have to really change much up with it.
