How I Started:
Ran distance from middle school through high school. Got lazy in college for a year or two then I started up again.
Last stint was in Summer of 2007. I got interested in MMA but after a while I wanted to advance so I started lifting. So for now, I mainly lift but every once in a while, I take a Muay Thai or kickboxing class. I'm now interested in training for strength. Working on my compound exercises. Very humbling, I must say.
Why I Love It:
I can't wait to go to the gym to see how much stronger I have gotten since the last time and beat your last PR.
No better high.
And the mirror does not lie, either...
How I Stay Motivated:
Surrounding myself with good people who motivate me and understand this lifestyle and are always ready to answer my questions. How lucky am I?
BB Accomplishments:
I'm a small fish in a big pond. I'm yet to realize my full potential.
