How I Started:
It started, mainly, when I was a teen and picked up when I joined the military. My fitness program was just enough to maintain my health and get me through training. I never gained weight but continued to improve my strength.
Why I Love It:
I stay in shape to keep my fitness standards for work and to stay healthy. It's such a significant part of my daily life now and I don't want to give it up.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated through encouragement from friends and colleagues.
