I was 305 pounds of fat. I started working out and got down to 242, and starting to gain muscle.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling you get after a workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
Read as much fitness articles on nutrition and weight training as I can. And I want to look more fit for my wife.

yeah but don't go too crazy on losing fat. You have a healthy look now. Nothing worse than walking around looking like we don't fit in our skin.
