In my 2nd year of college took a gym class because we were basically forced to take something. I took weight training.
Why I Love It:
Being able to move heavy ass weight.
How I Stay Motivated:
I dont really have to worry about that much anymore. In the beginning I would have to tell myself to be patient and the size will come.

I just want to be the best that I can be.
Goal (Long):
If possible id like to weigh about 260-270 at 12-13% bodyfat and then cut down to about 11%. this may be possible within 5 years. i choose 11% cause i think id look pretty decent and still be able to eat not so clean at that fat%.

I want to GAIN 30 lb

this is basically my current routine.
whole body once a week.

mon - shoulders, traps
tues - back, abs
wed - chest, calves
thur - legs, calves
fri - triceps, forearms

no biceps cause my right arm is slightly injured. no cardio.
