Background
my dad got me into weight lifting becuase he used to be a bodybuilder and he showd me pretty much everything i no and got me started.Also being on the wrestling team, my freshmen year after season we were going to start working out. I wanted to play tennis during the off season of wrestling and all my fellow wrestling teamates made fun of me for playing tennis and the said the were going to get bigger and stronger whiile i was in tennis. I wanted to show them that I could get bigger and stronger than them on my own, and did!
gives me something to do and be proud of. it is so cool to see how ur body can change. Mostly I love going to the beach or a pool and taking my shirt off.

day 1: chest/biceps
day 2: legs and abs
day 3: shoulder triceps
day 4: back and abs

Right now I usually take off friday and saturday but it depends. My weight training is heavy and intense but pretty short workouts. In between 45 mins and at most 1:30. I try and do cardio everyday whether that be fasted cardio(pool workouts, running, riding my bike). If not that I will swim at night or go to the beach during the day, or play some sort of sport pick up game. I have wrestling practice where I coach which I usually practice with the kids for a little bit.

diet
Carb in the morning, no carb the rest of the day with the exception of my post workout shake. I have bananna and some milk in my shake with added non fat millk powder. The rest of the day are protein meals without carbs.I try to eat every 2-3 hours. I do not really watch my fats I try to eat a decent amount of them because my carbs are so low.
