When I Started:
Mar, 2008
How I Started:
my dad got me into weight lifting becuase he used to be a bodybuilder and he showd me pretty much everything i no and got me started. Also being on the wrestling team, my freshmen year after season we were going to start working out. I wanted to play tennis during the off season of wrestling and all my fellow wrestling teamates made fun of me for playing tennis and the said the were going to get bigger and stronger whiile i was in tennis. I wanted to show them that I could get bigger and stronger than them on my own, and did!
Why I Love It:
gives me something to do and be proud of. it is so cool to see how ur body can change. Mostly I love going to the beach or a pool and taking my shirt off.
How I Stay Motivated:
wanting to do even better in wrestling. people complementing me. my dad helps me with working out and keeps me having fun with it
today was a chest day. so i started it off with some benchpress , then i realized i havent really gained any strength on any of my lifts in a while. I want to get stronger but i dont no how. if anyone has any tips on a workout plan that can increase strength i would really appreciate it:)...
Thanks man. Twice a week is a lot for legs. I can't believe you're getting any workouts in with your wrestling season. Practice is exhausting! I chose not to wrestle this year to bring my muscle mass, but plan to next year. What's your leg routine like? I mean what exercises mainly and how many sets?
hey bro ! how are ya ? I am doing good . I am getting back into the4 gym starting today after a long-ish break for health reasons. I am getting back into it hardcore 3-5 days of weights cardio 5 days a week switching between running and swimming. I lost a little ground from recuperating but not to bad . I am still gunning for 8-10% bf andf ripped-ness!
