Workout Program:
8/16/08 I'm at the 2 month mark. And I'm still with it! I decided to start using the Workout Tracker so I removed what I used to have here as to what exercises I am doing. My strength has increased and I am looking at getting some supplements like creatine and amino acids. 1 more month to go for the goal I set. Need to think about what new goal to aim for.

6/16/08 I had to change jobs last year since the place I worked at went out of business (I was there for 11 years). That and other issues caused me to once again not exercise like I would want to. So, I had a week of vacation here in June and decided to start again.

I like the 4 days ON, 1 day OFF schedule so I kept that and changed the exercises/weight/reps a bit.

2/24/07 I did a preliminary one-rep session. Wasn't sure how much weight I should use for each exercise. I will need to increase the weight for the bench press, squats and rows. I didn't do the deadlift as I don't want to injure my lower back. Still, I surprised myself in being able to do the weight and reps that I did.

1/21/07 I finally started on Jan 21, 2007 after getting my new bench put together and figuring out how I wanted to start. I kept the weight somewhat light as I have not lifted for a long time. I was only a little sore after the first couple days. I've been adding some weight over the last month as I feel comfortable handling more. Even before I started there was a muscle in my right shoulder that was giving me some pain but now I don't have any. I would like to think the exercise has helped.
